Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the crafts are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong one. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have 8 calendar days return policy which means customer has 8 days after receiving crafts to request a return. To be eligible for a return, crafts must be in the same condition that you received, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need packing slip to validate the return.
In the event of return, customer needs to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Crafts sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In order to guarantee and secure the return and reimbursement of crafts, it is recommended that customer returns them with a tracking number in order to have traceability. All orders returned by customer without a tracking number and not received by us cannot be reimbursed.
The costs of return via Post office are the sole responsibility of customer with the exception of a defective upon receipt or an error caused by us.
We reimburse customer for returned crafts only. Shipping costs (sending and return) remain the responsibility of customer with the exception above mentioned. We cannot hold responsible for delays, damages and losses due to carriers. Crafts are delivered to the address you gave us during the ordering process.
We will reimburse within 15 days after receipt of crafts.
