Commitment and preparation of STSZ crafts

Commitment of STSZ is not only unique design but also quality and long life durability. Bamboo forest is maintained and controlled under STSZ to get best quality bamboo. Then, all required bamboo sticks such as different thickness, length and angles depending on each crafts are prepared by each artisans. Lastly, artisans carefully handcraft beautifully designed crafts. Enough preparation and a lot of time are required to provide STSZ crafts with above commitment.   

Delivery 

Because all crafts are handcrafted, plenty of stock is not prepared. Thus it usually takes 30 to 60 days to send you crafts. We will inform you once schedule is estimated.

Tariff, VAT and other tax at importing country

Crafts lost or damaged when received 

Please immediately inform us by email with photo attached. For detailed procedures, please see our Refund policy at the bottom of web site.
